We are highly qualified as expert witnesses. We are both college graduates and are both certified mold inspectors. As mold inspectors, we understand the importance of a thorough mold investigation, stellar sampling methodology and quality control to get an accurate mold assessment. We know how to interpret a laboratory mold report and we know how to reconcile the results of an inspection with the laboratory results. We have written the book MOLD MATTERS - Solutions and Prevention, and have written many articles. Finally, we teach classes on mold for the public and for professionals. WHO WE ARE

Dobbs Enterprises, DBA "A+ Mold Detectives", and "International Institute of Professional Mold Inspectors" (IIPMI), is engaged in evaluating the air quality in homes and buildings through mold investigation and microbial sampling, and educating the general public, professionals, and maintenance crews of corporations and institutions about the dangers of mold and how to control moisture in homes and buildings.

Charles and Danielle Dobbs have shown their dedication by undertaking the task of writing a book on mold: MOLD MATTERS - Solutions and Prevention. It was just fitting that their commitment to education led them to include an educational division within their company under the name of International Institute of Professional Mold Inspectors. They now teach various courses on water intrusion and mold management for professionals and non-professionals, maintenance crews of large corporations and government institutions.
